Registration will begin on February 28, 2025

and will end on April 19, 2025.

All athletes winning the first position in their respective class will be qualified for the IFBB Grand Prix championship in Miami, in August 2025. In addition, two athletes will be selected by the judges and their transportation and accommodation will be paid for these two competitors.

STEP1 :

Go to the site below, then pay the $130 fee to obtain your IFBB membership number, if you already have your membership number, go to the next step.

Download your music in MP3 format, send it by EMAIL to jazenborduas@hotmail.com, with your name, class and category. Mention whether the music should start when you are on stage or not.

(Your music must start and end according to your posing and must be 60 seconds or 90 seconds depending on the class)

Each athlete must make a short presentation video (about 30sec) and send it to us at ishootmuscles@gmail.com
